1. Scope of Holistic & Manual Practice

Nuven Therapy provides professional manual therapies (including therapeutic massage, myofascial release, and stress relief sessions) and educational consultations in natural phytotherapy and lifestyle wellness.

Medical Disclaimer: Services provided at Nuven are complementary and supportive in nature. They do not constitute invasive surgical procedures, prescription drug administration, or emergency psychiatric care. Patients undergoing medical treatment for chronic ailments are encouraged to consult their primary care physician.

2. Informed Consent & Touch Boundaries

All massage and manual therapy sessions adhere to strict professional medical draping protocols. Only areas currently receiving therapeutic treatment are uncovered. The client maintains complete agency and may request pressure adjustment, modification, or immediate cessation of any therapy modality at any time during the session.

3. Health Disclosures & Contraindications

Clients agree to disclose all relevant medical conditions, recent surgeries, cardiovascular ailments, infectious skin conditions, blood clotting disorders, or pregnancies on the intake form before treatment begins. Nuven Therapy reserves the right to adapt or postpone treatment if a contraindication poses health risks.

4. 24-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We value both your time and our practitioners’ schedule:

• Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: 100% free of charge with complete rescheduling flexibility or full deposit refund.
• Late cancellations (under 24 hours): May incur a 50% reservation fee to compensate scheduled therapist time.
• Emergency medical exceptions: Waived unconditionally upon notification.

5. Payments & Security

All electronic payments made via Stripe or PayPal are processed through secure, bank-grade encrypted channels. Consultation fees must be settled upon completion of service or via confirmed online deposit.
