We collect information provided directly by you when submitting an appointment request or participating in an intake consultation:

- Health & intake data: Musculoskeletal pain points, stress symptoms, past injuries, relevant medical contraindications, and preferred pressure levels.
- Appointment history: Preferred consultation dates, session notes, and treatment progress.
3. Payment & Financial Data Security
All credit card and direct electronic payments are processed through encrypted, certified third-party payment gateways (Stripe Inc. and PayPal Holdings Inc.). Nuven Therapy does not store credit card numbers, CVV codes, or full banking credentials on its servers.
4. Access Controls & Staff Protection
Access to client consultation records on our Staff Portal is protected by authenticated staff credentials and security PIN locks. Client notes and intake details are accessible exclusively by licensed therapists treating you.
5. Your Legal Rights (GDPR)
You maintain the right to inspect, correct, export, or request immediate permanent deletion of your client profile and historical records at any time by contacting our data protection officer at care@nuven.life.
